Marriage Portal

International Marriage Committee now uses marriage portal for the marriage application process. Therefore, all yogi/yoginis and coordinators (local/state/national) must use the new portal. The portal access is given on an invitation basis. If you need access, kindly get in touch with your national/local coordinator.

Applicant Yogi/Yogini

To use the portal is very easy. As an applicant, you need to carry following major steps - 

  1. Gain access to the portal (speak to your national/local coordinator)

  2. After gaining access (logging into the portal), register your account/profile and generate SY-ID

  3. Apply for marriage by submitting all necessary information asked in the form.

That's it! Your job is done!

Now, the following process will happen with your application -

  1. Your application form will be shared with your local/national coordinators for feedback and approval (before being sent for IMC's consideration)

  2. After the coordinator(s) approval, IMC will review the application and feedback.

  3. If IMC finds all information is complete, then the application form will be acknowledged and deemed fit for further process.

Coordinators

Coordinators can do the following actions on the portal - 

  1. Request portal access for an applicant or a coordinator

  2. Submit feedback about a marriage applicant's application form

  3. Approve/reject feedback shared by another coordinator
